Which is pretty much why I haven’t updated this blog lately. That and I’ve been sick and or tired… I’m definetly not one of those people who just loves being pregnant.
So to update you on a few things, Don and I are still in the process of buying a house. The underwriting company is taking forever….apparently they are really backed up….yea. So we sit here and wait hoping we are able to close and move before our lease is up on our apartment. The last we heard they were thinking we may be able to close by the end of April. We were supposed to have closed the end of March so we’ll have to wait and see I guess. Now that it’s getting nice out I’m really wishing we had the nice big deck to go out and sit on which is on the back of the house, a little bit more private than the little patio on the front of our apartment right on the street!
Knitting wise I’ll admit I haven’t been knitting for the babies. I started another lace shawl from the newest edition of Knitty. After that I’m going to start the baby knitting. I’ve been looking at patterns sure, but I haven’t bought the yarn or cast on for anything yet. One reason is I didn’t want to start anything until I knew what we were having, which we found out on Tuesday.
Start feeling bad for Don now, we having two Girls! Yup poor pappa is gonna be in estrogen hell! I know he really wanted a boy so I do feel kinda bad for him, but I know they’ll both have him wrapped around those little fingers pretty quickly. He told the ultrasound tech “Boys are easier, you only have to worry about one little thing. With girls you have to worry about everyone elses little thing!” I told him he better go buy his shot gun soon. I can already see him on the front door step, in a chair, with the gun on his lap waiting……
This part will be kind of picture heavy, each picture has a label on it with an arrow so I won’t really write anything with each picture. I’m going to do this as a kind of gallery this time since there are eight pictures. So you’ll have to click on each one to see it. They start with Girl A which is the little bit bigger of the two and then Girl B.

Congratulations. Girls are a lot more fun (for mothers) at least until they hit puberty! A lot more fun to dress and knit for too.
